If the Self Service Mobile App (shown below) does not appear on you iPad's home screen after activation we recommend that students perform the following actions in order.
1. Press on the Web-SELF SERVICE icon.
This will take you to our web version of our Self Service catalog. From there attempt to install an app. This should trigger the notification that you need to Sign in to iTunes to allow palcs.jamfcloud.com to manage and install apps on your iPad.
You will receive one and/or both of the following popups:
These steps should enable you to install apps and also force the auto installation of our Self Service Mobile App. Both the Self Service Web Clip and Self Service App will enable students to download and install apps assigned (made available) to them.
