Errors can occur when families attempt to enter a newly created Apple ID on a device or work to finalize the activation of an Apple ID.

- Sign out of your Apple ID on your iPad. Do this from Settings>iTunes & App Store.Screenshot here shows what the sign-out pop-up looks like.

- After the device turns on and you arrive at the home screen, Re-enter the Apple ID at thepalcs.jamfcloud.com pop up or at Settings>iTunes & App Store.
