There are times when the Self Service App can get stuck on a grey loading screen.
To remedy the issue, please take the following action:
- Ensure you are connected to a wifi connection.
- Force quite the Self Service App. Learn how to force quit apps here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201330
Re-open the Self Service app and the error should no longer appear.
- If the app continue to be stuck on the grey loading screen remove the Self Service App.
-Do this by holding down on the app until a it wiggles and a "grey x" appears.
-Press the "grey x" to remove the app.
- The next time the iPad connects to our server, the Self Service app will be automatically installed on the iPad. All iPads are scheduled to check in with our server on a daily basis. While you wait for the Self Service app to reinstall, utilize our Self Service Web Clip.
