If a student is away from their home network and is trying to use an app, they will most likely find it does not work properly. Students will have to:
- Force quit any apps that are open. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201330
- Open Safari
- Access a public website. cvs.com is recommended. Using a google.com or palcs.org based url should not be used for this.
- Enter their G Suites username and password.
- Re-open the desired app. It should now function properly since it can fully connect to the Internet.
