How do I request a mouse?

The "mouse" built into the PALCS provided laptops is sometimes called a "trackpad." While it has all the same functions as mouse (clicking, selecting, moving the cursor, etc.) we understand that it is not as intuitive and easy to use as a separate mouse.  If you or your student are having any issues with using the laptop's trackpad, you can request an external mouse by submitting a ticket. Make sure to include your shipping address.
