Google Chrome is set to auto-update for students. However there may be times when it is required to force the update.
In the top-right corner of Chrome, click the three dots to get to the menu, then hover over "Help" and then select "About Google Chrome."
The About Google Chrome page will appear. If an update is needed, the page will check for and install any updates that you may need.
When the update is fully downloaded a "Relaunch" button will appear.
Click "Relaunch." Your tabs and windows will be saved. If you'd prefer not to restart right away, click Not now. The next time you restart your browser, the update will automatically be applied.
